These terms and conditions cover the website and related services. Delivery services are provided by Tilbea London and are shipped by a specified courier service or Royal Mail.

Use of Our Website 

The website and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms & Conditions, and any other rules posted on our websites. Please read this document carefully before placing any orders.

All elements of the Tilbea London website (the Site), including logos, prints, images, technology and designs whether registered or unregistered belong to Tilbea London, a registered brand of Tilbea Limited, and are protected by applicable trade mark laws around the world. All rights are reserved. Images may not be reproduced or products represented for onward customer sale, without express consent from Tilbea Limited.  Unless otherwise stated, all customer images uploaded to the website, or sent to us via any other medium (including all social media) belong to the customer in the featured image.  By sending us your images, via any form of medium, you are consenting to Tilbea London using, copying or distributing your material for any purpose. We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who claims that such material infringes their intellectual property rights or their right to privacy. Our website may include links to other websites or resources. We have no control over the content of these websites and are not liable in any way for their content.

We may modify the Terms & Conditions from time to time at our discretion. Please make sure you familiarise yourselves with them and check back often. Please note that these Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a Consumer.

Making A Purchase & Discount Codes

At Tilbea London we aim to make your shopping experience as simple and stress free as possible.  Simply click on the item, the size you require and then proceed to checkout.  Please remember that if you have a promotion code or discount voucher you must enter it at the checkout, before you place your order, as you will not be able to do so once your order is placed.

We cannot add garments or apply discount codes once an order has been placed.

You may only use one discount code per order and each discount code is only valid for one use per user. 

Refunds for item(s) from an order which was discounted or part of a promotion will be calculated as follows: Where a discount has been applied to the entire order, the discount will be applied evenly across the items ordered.


When purchasing a product from the Site, you agree you are entering into a contract with Tilbea Limited.  Your order is considered an offer of purchase, and is subject to our acceptance and availability. 

Once you have submitted your order, we will send you an order acknowledgment email. This email is merely an acknowledgement of your order not an acceptance.  The contract between yourself and us only have been formed once your order has been despatched and we have sent you an email confirming this.

On occasion we may exercise our discretion and refuse to process your order.  Some common examples of when this direction may be used; we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment; the item ordered is out of stock, the item ordered does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all the information you provide regarding your address, personal data, delivery address and payment information is correct. If any of theses details change or are inaccurate you must notify us immediately at info@tilbea.com. We cannot be liable for Tilbea purchases sent to wrong or incorrect addresses as provided by you, the Customer. 


All prices shown on the the Site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT, if applicable, prices do not include delivery costs.

For deliveries to the European Union (EU), the price is inclusive of VAT. For deliveries outside the EU (including the Channel Islands and Canary Islands), the price remains the same but VAT is not charged, and you will not be entitled to VAT refunds.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Tilbea Limited is a UK based company.  If you are outside the EU your card issuer or payment method provider may apply other international bank charges. We have no control and cannot predict the amount of these charges. Please contact your issuing bank before placing your order if this applies to you.


Payments can be made by PayPal and Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Tilbea Limited.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.

We take care, in so far as it is in our reasonable power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure However, in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.


Delivery will be made by a specified delivery service or Royal Mail dependant on the shipping service chosen at the time of purchase.

The purchased products will become your responsibility on completion of delivery.

If you or your nominee fail, through no fault of ours, to take delivery of the goods at the delivery location, we may charge the reasonable costs of storing and or attempting to redeliver them

You agree we may deliver the products in instalments if we suffer a shortage of stock or for any other other genuine and fair reason (in our sole discretion).

Missing Parcels

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected time frame, please notify us as quickly as possible and within 5 working days of the expected delivery date. Failure to do so affects our ability to trace the parcel and to issue any refund/ replacement reasonably due.

When returning your parcel, please make sure to obtain proof of postage (with tracking information) as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage of your returns parcel in transit. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse and we confirm safe receipt of it. Your refund will be paid once we have received your returned items, and have accepted that they are in a re-saleable condition.

Wrong Items or Faulty Goods

If you have received the wrong item or have discovered a fault, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. In this case, please contact us directly and will advise you how to proceed.


Tilbea Limited takes great care to ensure that all of our garments are produced to the highest quality standards. However, if you discover a manufacturing defect on any of your items, you may return it for a full refund provided that it is returned within a reasonable time period from the date of purchase.  We undertake no warranty to refund items outside of a reasonable time period, or where product return is without a clear manufacturing defect. Items that are not deemed faulty will be returned to you. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the purchase value of the product.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

The description of the products is as set out in the Site, catalogues, brochures or other form of advertisement. Any description is for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies in the size and colour of the products supplied

All descriptions of products are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Our Liability

You have certain rights under the laws in England & Wales.  This means that a) any products you order through this website will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will conform to any description given on the website; and b) there are certain remedies if a product is defective.

Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to affect these rights.

If we breach the terms and conditions, as set out here, we shall only be liable for losses which are direct losses and are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such a breach. Losses are foreseeable where, for example, they could be contemplated by you and us at the time of you placing your order, and our dispatching your order. We shall only be liable for losses up to 100% of the total value of goods purchased.

We are not responsible for any failure to meet any of our obligations under these terms and conditions where such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control.
