Do you offer Free Shipping

We offer free standard delivery on all UK Tilbea orders over £70. We cannot offer free shipping on Bags or their accessories, as this is not fulfilled by Tilbea.

All being well, standard delivery within the UK should take between 3-5 working days. In most cases it does arrive more quickly but we like to manage expectations here at Tilbea, and we can’t always control the post, sadly. As soon as your lovely order has been shipped we will send you a Royal Mail tracking code, which will help you follow its journey, via the Royal Mail Website.   Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday will typically be dispatched the same day as the order is received. Orders placed after 2pm, over the weekend or on bank Holidays will be posted the next working day.

UK Express Delivery

£6.50 1-2 Working days (DHL or courier)

UK Special Delivery (Next Day)

£10.32 ( Next Day – your order must be placed before 12pm to use this option of next day delivery.) DHL or other courier.

Please note, our fulfilment centre need a break, just as us Mums do. We do not ship during weekends, so any next day order placed after 12pm on a Friday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.

I’ve made a mistake on my order details – can I change them?

We all make mistakes, if you need to change anything please do get in touch as quickly as possible. You can contact us at – please mark your email as ‘Urgent’ and we will try our best to make any necessary amendments for you. If your order has already been packed and shipped then unfortunately the matter is out of our hands, and we cannot be held accountable should any issues arise from incorrect information provided.

Do you ship Outside the UK?

International shipping will be calculated at the checkout.

Please note that Tilbea London does not accept responsibility for additional duties or taxes incurred when shipping outside of the United Kingdom.

Returns & Exchanges

We always hope that you’ll love your new pieces, but we understand, sometimes, it just isn’t right!


If your order was not quite right and you would like to try a different size, then we are here to help. Simply contact us by email and we will organise a FREE Shipping label for you to return your item/s to us for an exchange.


If for any reason you wish to return your Tilbea item(s), please download the return form here. This form must be returned with the items within 30 days of receipt of your order. If you would like to exchange your item/s please contact us at and we will issue you a return label for exchanges. If you have any other questions or queries please do not hesitate to contact us on

What is your Returns Policy?

All refunds must be processed within 30 days of receipt of goods. You will be offered a refund in full to your original form of payment. Please note you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a signed for service, as we do not accept liability for lost parcels.

Products must be returned in a saleable, unused, unwashed condition with original tags included to qualify for a return. Once we have received your return, and it has been inspected by one of our team, we will send you an email notification.

*Face Masks are strictly non refundable due to hygiene reasons.

*If goods are received back in an unsatisfactory condition we have the right to refuse your refund.  


If your refund has been approved, then it will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take up to 7 days to clear your account. Exchanges will be sent out within 3 working days.
