Shipping & Returns
All orders will be sent via standard delivery (3-4 days) unless specified at the time of checkout. Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday will typically be dispatched the same day as the order is received. Orders placed after 2pm, over the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be posted the next working day.

Returns & Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods to us here at Tilbea London*. We can only accept returns that are in perfect, original, saleable condition. Goods must be undamaged, in their original packaging and complete with all the tags and labels attached.
*Face Masks are strictly non refundable due to hygiene reasons.

How to return or exchange your goods:
Please complete the Returns Form, which can be downloaded here. Make sure you include your name, order number, the product you are returning and the reason for your return. Please then return your item and competed returns form to us within 28 days.
We are currently trialling a free returns service, so please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the Freepost address. NB: We cannot offer free returns on any of the bags or associated accessories, as these are fulfilled and shipped by an independent supplier Finnson.
Once we have received your your return, and it has been inspected by one of our team, we will send you an email notification. If your refund has been approved, then it will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take up to 7 days to clear your account.
