Shipping

All orders will be sent via standard delivery (3-4 days) unless specified at the time of checkout.  Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday will typically be dispatched the same day as the order is received. Orders placed after 2pm, over the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be posted the next working day.

Returns & Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods to us here at Tilbea London.  We can only accept returns within 14 days and in perfect, original, saleable condition.  Goods must be undamaged, in their original packaging and complete with all the tags and labels attached.

If goods are received back in an unsatisfactory condition we have the right to refuse your refund.  Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 14 days.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return or exchange your goods:

Refunds
Please complete the Returns Form, which can be downloaded here.  Make sure you include your name, order number, the product you are returning and the reason for your return.  Please then return your item and competed returns form to us within 14 days.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £70, you might want to consider using a trackable shipping service as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we have received your your return, and it has been inspected by one of our team, we will send you an email notification. If your refund has been approved, then it will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take up to 7 days to clear your account.

Exchanges

If you require a simple exchange please download the form here.  Make sure you include your name, order number, the product you wish to exchange and the reason.
