Autumn Maternity Style
What to wear this week? Why Tilbea of course!
Don’t worry about your wardrobe next week – we’ve done the hard work so you don’t have to. Our resident stylist/social media manager/designer/accountant/general dogsbody Claire (we have to wear lots of different hats as a small business) has been putting together an edit to take the hard work out of choosing what to wear each morning. Not got all the pieces – not to worry its only Wednesday, plenty of time for some shopping ;)
Manic Mondays
Say goodbye to Manic Monday Mornings with the easiest throw on dress ever! A breastfeeding hoody dress with pockets, zips and a pick me up print; making her perfect for the school run, antenatal appointments or general errands. Our fabulous hoody is made from organic cotton making her sustainable, soft and super easy to wear. She is oversized to accommodate bump, boobing friendly and so flipping comfy that when you are finished doing both of those things you will still call on her for those mornings that your brain can’t cope with pairing together an outfit.
I still wear her, and these boobs have not been feeding the smalls for a long time now. I usually team her with leggings and chunky boots, but she looks great with sports leggings and trainers too. For a dressier option pop her on with some skinny jeans and a heel.

Tuesday
There is a good reason that our Emma maternity & breastfeeding jumpsuit is so popular… she’s super comfy, easy to dress up, or down, and a fantastic investment for your wardrobe. She made from organic cotton so is sustainable, versatile and will be with you comfortably through growing bump, boobing baby and beyond.
Pop her on with your trainers for an easy running errands look, or tuck her into a chunky boot to make the look a bit more STYLED! We love teaming her with our Nina nursing polo tops for a fresh everyday look, but she looks just as great with a white shirt or t-shirt underneath.
If you want to go full out glam – go for it! I’ve worn mine with a sequin top and a pair of stiletto heels. I can tell you one thing for certain, I was the comfiest person at that party, but I felt a million dollars too, so it was a win, win.
Seriously, she is a pretty special addition to your wardrobe. Her tapered leg means she can be worn with any shoe option, she’s got handy pockets (I mean who doesn’t love a pocket), detachable shoulder ties allowing you to dress her up or down, popper buttons for speedy dressing and breastfeeding access and she is bump, boob and beyond friendly!
Hump Day
Don’t despair we’re nearly there (the weekend that is) …celebrate hump day by having a ‘show off’ bump day!
There is nothing better than kicking that midweek ‘mwaaah’ feeling by popping on an awesome maternity dress and totally rocking it! The colour brings a smile, the silhouette brings some sass and the bump looks banging! Prepare yourself for a flurry of compliments that will have you strutting your way through the rest of the week.
Our Audrey Fig maternity dress is a favourite because of her lush warm tones, but the nod to our love of animal print. She works for days in the office, dinners out, or for special occasions, but mostly, we love seeing mum’s-to-be rock her with a trainer. To dress her down try a chunky boot and a leather jacket, but for a special occasions add a heel and a faux-fur stole, you and bump, or babes in arms will look a million dollars!
Audrey is a perfect pre Christmas purchase for BOOBING momma’s, you can feed without anyone knowing that is what you’re doing, so prefect for when feeding baby in front of the IN LAWS!!
Thursday
The Katy Tunic Dress is actually my best friend (literally named after my bestie) because she is my go-to for days when I want comfort and style in one easy relaxed outfit.
She has a slightly retro vibe to her silhouette so I usually take that as my styling Q and team her with my legging, over the knee boots and my wide brimmed hat, but she also looks great over a skinny jean teamed with a flat boot or trainer.
I love her because her loose swing style silhouette is super flattering on my tummy and looks just as good on a bump as it does without. She’s super short too, so is great for showing off those pins! She also has super discreet and easy to use feeding access.

FriYay
Every woman needs a wrap dress in her life and the Rina is the perfect choice. She’s made from the lushest EcoVero™ jersey mix and has a fantastic weight to her, which makes her skirt feel more floaty and sexy! TRUST US!
She’s classy, and sexy (like her namesake) and we love her because she’s great in a formal setting, but just as easily you can imagine wearing her for date night or a party. Being a wrap you can make her as busty or as covered up as you want by how tightly you wrap the dress.
Unlike most of our dresses, she doesn’t have built in discreet feeding access, but that is not a negative, it means you can play around with what you wear under her to give you the extra modesty. Team her with our peek a boob vest or black Nina polo if you want extra modesty when feeding.
She is comfort and glamour all rolled into one! From day to dinner you’ll look fabulous and feel like you’re wearing a hug!

Saturday
It’s the weekend, take a deep breath and relax! Have a chilled day if you feel like it, or alternatively get active, go out, have fun – whatever you are doing do it in one of our gorgeous Tracksuits.
Whether it’s running errands, going for a long walk/workout or just staying at home in the warm you deserve to look and feel fabulous.
Our block colour tracksuits are great for brightening up these greyer, darker days, they are also great for mixing and matching. Pop the joggers on with a denim shirt or an oversized chunky knit jumper, or pop the sweatshirt on with your jeans… Standard Saturday uniform if ever there was one!
When you finally sit down on the sofa for a movie or some Strictly you’ll feel totally comfortable and ready to RELAX!!
Our tracksuits comes in different versions, so you can mix and match for your current needs… we have maternity joggers with an amazingly soft over the bump band, we have sweatshirts that accommodate bumps or that have hidden zips to feed bubs and postpartum joggers that have a lovely soft flat panel that works for delicate tums. AND if that wasn’t enough they are made from organic cotton, so are soft and sustainable.
Sunday
The only thing better than sleeping in them is lounging in them ALL DAY! THE END!
